On Thursday morning, Pranitha took to her Instagram handle and announced her pregnancy with several pictures of herself showing off her baby bump. In the images, she can be seen dressed in a black T-shirt paired with denim pants. However, she hasn't buttoned them up and reason she has written in the caption. “Round 2… The pants don’t fit anymore,” her caption read.

Soon after she shared the post, her friends and fans flooded the comment section. A fan wrote, "Again Becoming a mom is a god's gift blessed from me to your baby mam." Chaithra Rai and Pranitha's other fans simply wrote, "Congratulations," followed by heart emoticons.

The actress and businessman Nitin Raju got married in an intimate ceremony on May 30, 2021. A year later in June 2022, the couple welcomed their daughter, Arna.
