New Delhi: Following the Supreme Court's verdict on the NEET-UG exam, the Education Minister expressed relief and gratitude, asserting that the decision vindicates the government's stance. The Supreme Court's judgment, which found no systemic breach in the sanctity of the NEET-UG exam, has dismissed the calls for a re-examination.
In his post on X (formerly Twitter), the Education Minister emphasized, “The truth, like the sun, can be hidden by clouds for a time, but it always prevails. The Hon'ble Supreme Court's observation that there was no systemic breach of sanctity in the NEET-UG exam and therefore no need for a re-exam vindicates the stand of the government.”
‘Govt is Committed To Maintain Tamper-Free, Zero-Error Exam System’
The Minister reiterated the government's commitment to maintaining a "Tamper-free, Transparent & Zero-error examination system." He assured that the government would promptly implement the recommendations of the high-level committee of experts, once submitted.
The Education Minister also addressed the allegations and misinformation surrounding the NEET-UG exam. "The findings and the verdict outrightly reject the propaganda that was being peddled. We wholeheartedly thank the Hon'ble Supreme Court for delivering justice and protecting the interests of lakhs of hardworking students," he stated.
The Minister concluded by affirming the government's dedication to upholding the Supreme Court's judgment in both letter and spirit.
